Cutting back on calories 'can help improve memory'

Cutting back on calories can help older people improve their memory and may reduce the risk of dementia, such as Alzheimer's. Another study found that heavy smokers and drinkers were at risk of developing Alzheimer's six to seven years earlier than non-smokers and teetotallers.
